Broward County


LAS OLAS BOULEVARD:  Fort Lauderdale’s exclusive walking shopping and entertainment  district. You will find upscale boutiques, art galleries, jewelry stores and a wide variety of cuisines. Adjacent is Fort Lauderdale’s famous Riverwalk along the New  River. The Riverwalk is home to the monthly Suntrust Jazz Fest.  Nearby the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.


GALLERIA MALL: This mall boasts anchor department stores including Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, Dillards and several happening restaurants; including PF Changs, Seasons 52, Capital Grille and the Blue Martini Bar and nightclub. Nearby is Borders Bookstore located on the Intercoastal, sip a cup of coffee and watch the boats go by.


WILTON MANORS: Most of the shops and cafes cater to a cosmopolitan community. It is known for specialty boutiques catering to interior design elements, including thrift stores and retro furniture.


HISTORIC DOWNTOWN HOLLYWOOD:

Cited for its diversity and international culture in the arts and music, this area is not to be missed. During the day take in the ocean boardwalk where you will find walkers, joggers, sunbathers, bicycles, people and their pets. After visiting here enjoy the cafes and shops of the downtown district. Don’t forget to walk through the park in the center of town.

Palm Beach County


MIZNER PARK OF BOCA  RATON: This upscale courtyard-like setting complete with water fountains is the anchor walking shopping district of Boca Raton and has at one end its own outdoor amphitheater, which brings in many well-known acts. Also located above the Park are condos and offices. A real live, work, and play setting.


ATLANTIC AVENUE OF DELRAY BEACH: Beginning at the ocean, crossing the Intercoastal, this town contains blocks of outdoor eateries, shops, galleries, and nightlife that extends to Delray’s historical district. Next to or on top of shops are both Key West and New York style town homes. This area has undergone massive city planning to become one of South Florida’s major tourist stops.


CITY PLACE: Reminiscent of a European town square complete with an open air plaza, this residential shopping area boasts a real city square, the historical Harriet Himmel theater, movie theaters, a comedy club and is located across the street from the Kravitz Center and the Palm Beach Convention center. Nearby is Antique Row along South Dixie Highway.

Miami-Dade County


BAL HARBOUR SHOPPES OF BAL HARBOUR: Considered to be one of the original “open air malls” in the country. This mall boasts some of the most luxurious shops in the world. Their fashion advertisements are regularly seen in such publications as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Vanity Fair.


SOUTH BEACH: Home to the International Fashion and club scene, this mecca is the place to be and be seen. Located along Ocean Boulevard you will see many restored Art Deco boutique hotels, ocean side cafes and of course shopping galore.


LINCOLN ROAD MALL: Also located in South Beach. This street is people watching heaven. This area is complete with dogs, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, and street entertainers in this lively outdoor walking mall. The street is closed off at either end so traffic is limited to human beings and their furry friends. Also a few blocks away is Espanola Way, an area reminiscent of a Spanish village.


COCONUT GROVE: Located in Miami, overlooking Biscayne Bay, the “Grove” as locals refer to it is home to CoCowalk and the Street of Mayfair, two of the areas shopping anchors amongst the other eclectic boutiques of the area. The Grove is also home to one of south Florida’s largest art fairs and at night is a mecca for the younger crowd.
